Discover My Journey – The Story Behind the Journals
Hi, I’m Cassi B. — a proud Howard University alum, devoted wife, mom of two amazing teens, and dog mom to Bentli, our lovable goldendoodle. After 12 fulfilling years as an educator in Washington, DC, I shifted gears to support my husband’s business and homeschool our daughter. My passion for journaling began in middle school and has since grown into Cassi B. Books — a Black woman-owned stationery brand rooted in creativity, culture, and self-expression. What started as a personal love for journaling is now a growing small business dedicated to empowering Black women through thoughtfully designed, meaningful journals.
